Our renovations have brought the Quad into the 21st century, creating spectacular theater spaces that offer the intimacy and luxury of a high-end private screening rooms, each with a unique look and color scheme: a refined setting typically seen in European cinémathèques, but rare in New York City. In the theaters: 4K Christies and Barcos and 35mm and 16mm projectors, state-of-the-art sound, seats imported from Norway. In the lobby: 32 flat screens forming a twelve by six foot video wall and a 50-foot concession stand.
