Rentals are available during the specified periods only. Two-hour minimum rental. Rates include equipment use and one dedicated staff. A 30%, nonrefundable deposit will hold your date. Complete payment is due at least 14 days prior to rental date. Outside food or drink not allowed unless arranged in advance. FCT may adjust rental rates based upon anticipated concession revenue. There will be an additional charge for rentals requiring excessive setup, teardown or staffing. Blackout dates may apply. Some rental requests may not be suitable for the theater and will not be pursued.
